Offline support and sync

All your content — writing, notes, knowledge base, bibliography — is stored locally in your browser. When you're online, changes sync to the cloud automatically.

This means you can keep writing even when your internet connection drops. A sync indicator in the project footer shows the current status: synced, syncing, or offline ("You are offline, but all changes are saved locally"). As soon as the connection comes back, your local changes are synced automatically.

Offline mode requires having loaded the app online at least once on the device. AI features need an internet connection and are unavailable while offline.
