Intelligent search
This feature is only available to ShyEditor Pro subscribers
Intelligent search is a full-text search across your entire project. You can search for text, sheets, notes, entities from the knowledge base, bibliography sources, and library files.
To open the search window, click the 🔍 icon in the project navigation bar.
Results are grouped into tabs — Sheets, Notes, Knowledge Base, Bibliography, and Library — and each result shows a context snippet with the matching text highlighted, so you can tell at a glance whether it's what you were looking for.
Search uses intelligent typo detection which means that most of the time you should be able to find what you were looking for even if you don't remember how exactly the item is spelled. Whole-word matching is also supported, and your previous searches are saved so you can quickly run them again.
